Last night's "leftovers" meal turned out pretty good! I heated up the seabass I ordered at Mastro's the night before as well as the rest of the asparagus. I also roasted some broccoli in the oven with garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper:

Delicious! The fish reheated surprisingly well! I was more than thrilled to go to sleep last night....I was really tired!

I was really looking forward to trying the jelly I made this morning. I put it on a slice of light wheat toast. Alongside was an egg beater omelet with the rest of last night's broccoli, onions, spinach and zucchini. I put some tomato slices on the side. Really delicious and filling breakfast. I enjoyed the jelly! It's a little thin but it works!

Then it was off to Zumba. It was so hot in the room it felt like Bikram Zumba. Today is a hot one!!

After I changed, it was time for lunch. Subway turkey on wheat:

I went to Target and to Ralph's and that was that. After putting everything away, I worked on cleaning up my desk for awhile. How does it get messy so fast?? I needed a snack so I went with Kashi Honey Sunshine and Fiber One cereals with almond milk and strawberries:

Up next is bill paying and then I am taking the kids to a barbecue at my son's new kindergarten. He starts on Monday! I can't believe it!!

Are you a list maker or do you totally wing it in the store? I am a HUGE list maker. I make them for everything!

  1. Looks like a day filled with tasty food. I am not a list maker unless I am following a recipe... I normally just wing it.
