Ok Ladies and Gentlemen....finally back to my goal weight! Yes! I attribute it to all the Greek leftovers. :)

Breakfast was a light wheat English muffin with Barney Butter and cantaloupe:



I took the kids to their last day of camp (sniff, sniff) and went to both Cardio Muscle and Zumba classes. I rocked it hard!!! During my workout, I was dreaming of this salad:



It looks funny sitting on my pool towel. :) I was supposed to meet Lisa at the pool for lunch but something came up and she couldn't make it. I decided that I had already planned on spending a couple of hours at the pool so I decided to roll solo. I ordered tuna salad on lettuce and veggies with a side of balsamic vinegar. So amazingly delicious I could scream!

After a couple of hours, I changed and picked up the kids. When we got home, I started the laundry and chilled for a bit. I decided this was in order:

I'm not. But unfortunately, that was the last of the Greek Salad. I do a little more lamb and tzatziki left though. Don't be surprised if it makes an appearance soon! :)

For the last couple of nights, I've been having Chamomile tea after dinner and I've really been enjoying it! I usually crave sweets after meals and this has been helping with that.

Since hubby has been gone, I've been catching up on all the Man vs Food episodes that I've been taping. My brother in law got me started on that show and now I'm hooked! Have you seen it?

What are you up to this weekend? I'm taking the kiddos to my mother in law's tomorrow for a bbq and I plan to do nothing on Sunday.
