Last night I decided a glass of red wine sounded fab!

I sipped on it as I made dinner. I tried a new product from Trader Joes:

Frozen Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions. I threw them in a pan and voila! Yummy veggies to go with the last of the Weight Watcher Baked Turkey & Jack Chimichangas that I pulled out of the freezer.

With some fresh salsa and cholula, it was a great meal! We decided to take the kids for frozen yogurt after dinner:

I did learn that my two favorite flavors, Cake Batter & Cookie n Cream were not NON fat but Low fat. It was printed on the nutritional information but not on the description signs. Sneaky little buggers.
This morning's breakfast was Graham Bumper cereal with almond milk, raspberries and blackberries:

I took the kids to school and went to Zumba. It was a really good class today and I burned a ton a calories! I quickly showered, hopped in the car to my wax and facial appointment. On the way I had a Flat Out Wrap with Better n Peanut Butter and an apple:

After my appointment, I was hungry again so I tried something new: Kellogg's Fiber Plus bar in Chocolate Peanut Butter:

It was pretty good actually! Then it was off to the post office, Target, gas station and home. I had some Progresso Light soup and wheat toast:

And now it's time for me to get ready for dinner. I'm having dinner with my sister in law tonight in La Jolla. Stay tuned!
