Breakfast this morning was an egg beater sandwich on a bagel thin. I put a little salsa in the eggs before I microwaved them. I also added Cholula on top of the eggs when they were done. Very good!

I took both kids to school (my daughter went back to school today) and went to Great News for a cooking class. I was super excited about this one: Chain Restaurant Favorites You Can Make at Home. First up was Outback Steakhouse's Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie with Remoulade Sauce:

Fabulous!!! I could have eaten 1000 of these. The lady next to me was allergic to shrimp so she gave me hers. Score!!!

Second was Panera Bread's Broccoli Cheese Soup:

YUM!!!!! Another winner!

Next was Cheesecake Factory's Miso Glazed Salmon with Sake Butter and Sugar Snap Peas:

This was so good. The glaze on the salmon was delicious as was the sauce!

Next up was Olive Garden's Penne Senese with Sausage, Proscuitto and Mushrooms:

This melted in your mouth. It was super rich and heavy though....I think it would be best as a side dish. I don't think even I could eat a huge bowl of this.

Dessert was Chili's Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie with Ice Cream, Chocolate and Caramel Sauces:

OMG. To. Die. For. I was like, "Are you kidding me??? This is freakin amazing!!". I'm drooling just looking at the picture.

We had a little extra treat: Starbucks Frozen Frappuccino:

Twas delicious and tasted like the real thing! Now I can make it at home!

After class I picked up my son from school and came home for a little bit. Then I headed over to Lisa's house for the chest & back video as well as the ab ripper video for P90X. It was a great workout....but the amount of push ups is nuts. I tried to do as many as I could on my toes but I always end up on my knees for most of them. At least I'm trying right?
Now it's that time to get dinner started. I just spend the last half hour getting my daughter to take her medicine. Really. Does it need to be that hard?? My mom told me to put sugar in it. I don't know if that changes the composition of the medication but I think I'm going to try that. Does anyone have any other recommendations on how to get kids to take medicine?? I'm running out of ideas and she has to take it twice a day until Wednesday. Calgon take me away!!!!!!!!
