Last night's dinner was the leftovers from the dish my friend Lauren brought to Bunco on Tuesday night. Chicken, brown rice, peas and carrots....simple yet so delicious! I added green beans on the side:

A few hours later I was seriously hungry. I decided to try the new chocolate Cheerios with some chocolate almond milk:

So good! They remind me of Coco Puffs. :)

Today's breakfast was plain non fat yogurt (I have a bunch left from my dip I made for Bunco), Fiber One cereal, Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal and some strawberries:

I took the kids to school and went to Lisa's for P90X. Today's video is my least favorite: Plyometrics. Ugh. I will be glad when I never have to do this video again!

Lunch was a turkey and low fat swiss cheese sandwich on a sandwich thin. I put some mustard, spinach, onions and tomatoes in there too. Alongside was a cup of Progresso Light soup:

I picked up the kids from school and came home for a snack. Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal and vanilla almond milk:

I like this cereal. Just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. Then it was off to my yearly checkup at the doctor. Fun.
We are going out to dinner tonight with some friends so I've tried to keep my meals light but I'm hungry today! I just had a handful of peanut butter pretzels. I'd eat some more but they're all gone!! :( To re-buy or not to re-buy....that is the question. They are a quick snack that satisfies but I tend to reach for them A LOT. Hmmmm....what to do, what to do?

  2. I just bought the Kashi Honey Sunshine last week and have been loving it. I keep double checking the nutrition facts because it's hard to believe it's so low in sugar. Love it!
