I was dreaming about eggs when I woke up this morning. Egg beaters with spinach, tomatoes, onions and red bell peppers with a side of wheat toast:

After taking the kids to school, I went to my room mom meeting. I came home and started packing for my trip to Los Angeles tomorrow. My hubby's good friend is getting married this weekend (at the same place hubby and I were married). Lunch was a turkey and low fat swiss sandwich on a sandwich thin with lettuce, onion, tomato and mustard. I had some Progresso light soup too:

I was feeling snacky so I had a small Nestle crunch bar. Mmmmm. I went to my son's school to help celebrate two of the teacher's birthdays. I had an hour to kill after that so I met Lisa for frozen yogurt at Golden Spoon.

I picked both kids up and came home. I was still feeling snacky so I had a handful of Wheat Thins. When I go on vacation all I want to do is eat and I think about food 24/7. I guess not too much different that a regular day but it's worse when I travel. Since I'm leaving tomorrow, my brain has gone into vacation mode. I'm waiting for Lisa to come home so we can do P90X. I'm doing tomorrow's video today so that we can hit the road earlier tomorrow.
Tonight I'm going out to dinner with my sister in law so I need to save up my calories for that. Hopefully I'll do some blogging while I'm in LA....if not...I'll give you a nice recap when I get home.
