139.8...Return of the Granola

An old favorite returned last night for my dessert:

Special K granola with dried cranberries and almond milk. A bowl of love...hence the heart bowl. :)

I knew exactly what I wanted for breakfast before I went to bed last night. Egg beater sammie (I put some salsa in the eggs) with low fat swiss cheese on a sandwich thing. I had some more yummy watermelon:

I took my son to school and came home to print more recipes. I don't think it will ever end....will I ever be able to make all these recipes? Then it was off to Zumba for a fabulous sweat session.

I only had a few minutes to grab something to eat before picking up my son from school (he had a half day) so I heated up some Trader Joe's pea soup. I think the cooler weather today called for soup!

After picking up my son, I had to drop off my husband's tuxedo from the wedding and get some groceries.

After all my errands were done, I had the other half of my lunch....turkey sandwich on another sandwich thin with tomato slices, spinach and a Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese wedge. I threw a couple pickle spears on the side:

Then I decided to bake. If I'm going to make all these recipes, I better get started now right?

Both are baking as I type so you'll have to wait and see...one of them I think I really screwed up but only time will tell.

Do you ever decided the night before what you want for breakfast the next morning?


  1. I almost always decide what I want for breakfast when I'm in bed at night! I love food and planning it. :-) Can't wait to see what you baked.

  2. OMG I wish I could stick with some sort of plan. Lately I've been eating that active lifestyle weight control maple and almond oatmeal. Much better than I had planned on...
