I pulled out some leftover turkey enchiladas from the freezer and had that for dinner last night along with some black beans and salsa. It looks like a mess on a plate but sure was delicious!

Look what I found in my pantry for dessert:

Must have fallen out of the Halloween bag at some point. :)
Breakfast this morning was an egg beater and Swiss cheese sandwich on a wheat sandwich thin with a side of pineapple. I saw the pineapple at Trader Joe’s the other day and could not resist.

I took the kids to school and then came back to my house to pick up my mom who had just driven down from Los Angeles. We went to my daughter’s school for her Hanukkah concert. She did a great job and sang all the songs without crying and running over to me to sit in my lap. That’s a first!
After the concert, my mom and I did some holiday shopping at the mall and we stopped at Nordstrom for lunch. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich with a cup of their tomato basil soup:

The sandwich was huge and so delicious. It had smoked turkey (duh!), avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomato and garlic aioli. I ate it all. :)
After our shopping, my mom hit the road to go home and I picked up the kiddos. We celebrated our last night of Hanukkah and then the hubby and I went out to dinner with some friends. It’s getting past my bedtime now so I’ll post about dinner tomorrow. Good night!!
Are you all done with your holiday shopping or have you even started yet?
