Hello there!!! Breakfast was a light English muffin with Barney Butter and a half cup of strawberries. This is probably my favorite breakfast. I like to make the English muffin extra crispy. I also had coffee with almond milk and sugar free vanilla syrup.

After dropping the kids at school, I took my knives over to Ace Hardware to get sharpened. I've never had my knives professionally sharpened. I'm excited to try them out! I thought I'd get it done before Thanksgiving so I'd have an easier time carving the bird!

I went to spin class....we did 45 minutes of spin and 15 minutes of abs. I ran back over to Ace to pick up my knives and suddenly realized that I needed sushi for lunch. Fortunately, Ralphs was next door and they have brown rice sushi. I picked up the spicy yellowtail roll and the tuna avocado roll. Excellent!!

I picked up my daughter and took her to McDonald's for an ice cream cone while we waited for my son to get out of school. I did not get one this time. I was still full from all the sushi...I did steal a couple of licks of hers just so it wouldn't drip on her hands. I'm nice like that. :)

When we got back home, I decided to bake some Pumpkin Muffins. They are from a Weight Watcher recipe. All it is was a box of spice cake mix, a can of pumpkin and a half cup of water. Mix it up and bake in muffin cups 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was supposed to make 24 but I only got 20 out of it. They are 2 points a piece (if you get 24 out of it). They were really good. My house smelled amazing!

I worked on putting up our Hanukkah bush (aka Christmas Tree). It's almost done and looks very purty.

When dinner time rolled around I grabbed some Bird's Eye Chicken and Creamy Parmesan Rice and Spring Vegetables that I got from Costco out of the freezer. (I'm doing a nice job of getting rid of stuff in the freezer by the way!)

I really do like this. It's easy....tastes good and there are veggies in it. But I did make more veggies to make the meal more filling. I had some mushrooms that were looking pretty sorry so I cooked them up with some onions, green and yellow zucchini (is it yellow zucchini or just yellow squash?) and garlic. Good stuff.

Now I'm pooped. I'm going to read a little and hit the hay. I need to rest up for my big weekend.....remember I'm going to the American Music Awards on Sunday!!!
Good night!
