Ouch. That's what you get for existing on wine and champagne for four days. I'm going to call it "junk weight"....weight that doesn't really exist....your body is confused.....I hope.

So this week will be "detox" week. This morning I had my beloved Fage 0% yogurt with fiber one and blackberries and strawberries. Oh and some coffee. The coffee was necessary. I put a little unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some sugar free vanilla syrup in it. I think I've had about a liter of water so far.

I went to my Monday morning usual: Step and Sculpt. I needed that. My body started to protest during walking lunges (with 30 pounds of weights on my shoulders) but my mind won. I felt glorious afterwards!

My mother in law is coming over and we are going to take the kids to feed the ducks and have lunch by the beach. Lettuce please. Oh and some water too. :)
