Ahhhhh.....starting to feel more like myself again.
Breakfast was a light multi grain english muffin with a tablespoon of almond butter and a half cup of strawberries with a cup of green tea.
I went to spin class....we did about 40 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of upper body and abs. My quads are still killing me so we skipped legs. I always feel glorious when completely drenched in sweat!
Lunch was the leftover Trader Joes multi grain lasagna with a ton of spinach, mushrooms and zucchini thrown on top. Yum.
We are leaving shortly to take the family to Palm Springs for a couple of days so don't miss me too much! I'm bringing the gym clothes and WILL workout while I'm gone. We are staying across the street from a Cheesecake Factory so expect to see a Herb Crusted Salmon Salad in a post to come!!
