On the way back down....

I feel better today but still sluggish and bloated. Yuck. After a day of healthy eating, I am feeling much more like myself again!

Breakfast was a light multi grain English muffin with a tablespoon of almond butter and a half cup of strawberries. I went to Step and Sculpt and felt great afterwards. I love how I feel after a good workout.

Today was basically a hang out at home kind of day. I paid bills and put laundry away and got organized. Lunch was a "leftover salad." I put leftover pollo asado chicken, leftover bean and corn salad and tons of veggies onto of a bed of salad greens with salsa for the dressing. It was really good!

While working on the computer I had an apple for a snack. Hubby had the great idea of going out to dinner just the two of us so I saved up the rest of the day's points for one of my favorite restaurants.....Firenze! YUM! I split a chopped Caesar salad with the hubbs and then I had the calamari marinara (extra spicy). Heaven.

Well, that's about it ladies and gentlemen. I need another good night of sleep so hopefully I'll feel 100% tomorrow.
