Well, that ain't too bad.

Breakfast was a light multi grain English muffin with a tablespoon of Barney Butter and a half cup of strawberries.

I went to Step and Sculpt this morning and we did tons of cardio and crazy inner thigh exercises. Them legs were burnin'!!!!

I had a Kashi granola bar afterwards and went to get my nails done and some more grocery shopping before our weekend guests arrived.

When our guests arrived we ordered pizza from Leucadia pizza (really good pizza). I had two slices of veggie pizza and some Caesar salad. Then I began getting all the food ready for dinner. We had:
  • My brother's famous Pollo Asado tacos
  • Cilantro Rice
  • Corn & Bean Salad
  • Homemade guacamole
  • Chile corn muffins (they didn't turn out very good)
  • Spicy cheese dip and chips
  • Grilled onions
  • Crack brownies (see earlier posts) and S'mores
  • Lots of wine and champagne

Needless to say, I'm full. But it was sooooo good...such a nice treat! The kids are in bed, the dishes are washed and I'm ready to call it a night!!!
