144.2…Two Plate Special
Monday night was the best night ever aka “Hot Wing Night.”
We arrived at Alicia’s house ready to roll!
These things rock my world.
I brought a salad to go along with the wings. Makes us feel better about ourselves.
Plate of happiness.
Tuesday morning’s breakfast was pineapple Chobani, Easy Granola, strawberries and raspberries.
After dropping the kids off at school, I went to spin class. Afterwards I ran a bunch of errands. I met Lisa at Claim Jumper. We went specifically for their salad bar. The one near me got rid of the salad bar a long time ago and now it’s back. I made a huge plate of salad.
Then another one.
Two huge plates. I restrained myself from eating a third.
Dinner last night was Chicken Marsala and Mushroom Casserole leftovers that had been hanging out in the freezer for a long time.
It reheated pretty well actually. I added peas to it.
Breakfast this morning was toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit.
I took the kids to school, then came home to meet a repairman and get stuff done around the house.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich and jalapeno kettle chips.
There will be more leftovers tonight. I need to clean out my freezer for all the food I need for Thanksgiving!
Favorite salad bar toppings? I’m a sucker for the hard boiled eggs.
