It was leftovers again last night with the last of the Spicy Mexican Chicken Pasta.

I enjoyed a glass of wine with my dinner. Annette and some of my friends were in Los Angeles and face timed me. They were enjoying some cocktails too. We decided to toast!

Breakfast this morning was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Easy Granola, strawberries and raspberries.

I took the kids to school and stayed to help out with Grandparent’s Day. Both my mom and mother in law made the trip to spend the day with the kids. After the event was over, my husband met us for lunch at Mia Francesca.

They had a lunch special that started out with a Caesar salad and a piece of my favorite bruschette.

For my entree I chose the Linguine con Asparagi (sautéed with asparagus and pine nuts in a lemon cream sauce):

Delish!! A bit heavy for lunch though….need a nap!
