143.4…Second Time Success

There was a ton of leftovers from the Classic Light Bolognese Lasagna that I decided to reheat it for dinner last night.

It reheated so well and dare I say it was better the second time!?! This lasagna is a winner and definitely being made again!

Breakfast this morning was vanilla Chobani yogurt, Special K granola (need to make a new batch of granola!), strawberries and raspberries.

I took the kids to school, then went to spin class. I changed then went shopping with a friend. We stopped for lunch at California Pizza Kitchen. I had one of my favorite salads ever: Italian Chopped Salad. I LOVE this salad.

Ate every bite. Of course.

Do you make certain recipes that taste better the next day?

  1. Almost all of my soups taste better with time - glad this one worked for you! I haven't been to a CPK in ages - love their salads! :D
