144.8…Back On Track?
After such an indulgent weekend in Chicago, it’s really hard to get back on track. But that’s what Mondays are for, right?
On our way home from the airport, we stopped at my sister in law’s house for dinner and to pick up the kiddos. She had ordered Persian food (one of my favs!) I had chicken kabob, basmati rice and TONS of salad. Look how good I was!
Well…until dessert showed up.
My sister in law’s friend made this amazing chocolate chip cake that I just had to try.
I’m glad I did. It was delicious!
So….the day started on a healthy kick this morning. Toast with peanut butter and a half grapefruit was breakfast.
I took the kids to school, then went to Cardio Muscle class to further enhance my healthy day.
Lunch was my usual:
Fish tacos at Wahoo’s.
My day is looking pretty healthy, right? Well….we have our monthly “wing night” at Alicia’s tonight. Tuesday is a good day to start a diet right?
