As promised, I did have my Special K granola with dried cranberries and almond milk last night for dessert....in bed. :)

Today's breakfast was an egg beater sandwich with a little salsa mixed in, on a bagel thin with a slice of light swiss cheese and some cantaloupe on the side:

I took the kids to school and went to Zumba. It was a packed class today...I love it when there's a lot of people....keeps the energy up!
Afterwards I went to Subway for lunch. The usual turkey on wheat:

Then it was Target time....I hadn't been in awhile so I needed a crazy amount of stuff. I came home and put it all away, picked up my son from school and came home for a snack. Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal, Fiber One cereal, strawberries and almond milk:

I need to clean up my desk, make my appetizer for Bunco tonight and get dressed!! Have a great evening!

  3. Have fun at bunco! I'm not in a bunco group - just a book club with the ladies and used to do poker night once/week - trying to get it going again!
