Hello!! What a weekend! When I last left you on Saturday, we were all going to go over to my sister in law's for dinner right? Well, plans changed and everyone decided to come to our house. Time to scramble!! We decided to order some pizza but I put out whatever else I had:

A whole assortment of stuff: fruit, carrots, hummus, cheddar bear bread and some desserts. I had two slices of veggie pizza and some Caesar salad for dinner:

So good.....I love pizza. I may have had a few more bites of the kids pieces that weren't finished. :)

Sunday morning was another egg beater scramble with a Laughing Cow cheese wedge and tons of veggies and salsa:

I took my daughter to a birthday party and then we came home and packed up everyone else and went to my sister in law's house for a party to welcome the new baby. It was a little chaotic so I never was able to grab my camera but I had some salad, ground beef kabobs, veggies and little flourless chocolate cake. Oh...and red wine of course! :)

Everyone came back to our house to hang out. We ordered Mexican food for dinner. I had a taco salad:

I ate about half of the inside of the bowl and called it quits. I wasn't very hungry to begin with so I felt overly full after that salad. Ugh. It was hubby's birthday so we had a cake and varies desserts but I did not partake. I didn't want to see any more food! Really.

Ahhh...now it's Monday and a new start! Breakfast was an egg beater sandwich on a Bagel Thin with a slice of low fat swiss cheese and a side of cantaloupe:

I went to Lisa's for P90X. It was the last time I had to do the Legs & Back video. It was ALSO the LAST time I had to do the dreaded Ab "Crapper" video. Oh, thank goodness!!! May I never have to see you again!!!

Came home and made lunch. Look....another Bagel Thin! This time it housed turkey and swiss, tomatoes, spinach, onions and mustard. I had a half can of Amy's Split Pea Soup on the side:

Now I have a whole bunch of things on my to-do list that needs to be taken care of! Enjoy your Monday!
