Happy Friday everyone!

Last night's dinner was something I pulled out of the freezer: my Weight Watcher chimichangas. I heated up some black beans and corn to go on the side and added some salsa too! Yum!

This morning's breakfast was a slice of Ezekiel toasted with Barney Butter with some cantaloupe on the side:

I dropped the kids at school and went straight to Lisa's house for Day 2 of P90X. Today's video was Plyometrics. Lots of jumping as you could probably gather by the name. Great cardio workout.....I burned about 515 calories. Not too shabby. We survived Day2!! Feeling good and not really sore yet....I'm surprised! I grabbed an unpictured apple to eat afterwards.

Lisa and I ran a couple of errands and then came back to our sports club for lunch. We had tuna salad on well....a salad! I put some balsamic vinegar on it. It was the bomb and kept me full for a long time!

Afterwards, I got my nails/toes done and came home. I checked emails/blogs and had one of these babies....

For dinner I had some whole wheat spaghetti with marinara, onions and zucchini.

With four points left I'll have a little dessert later. Good night all!


  1. Just found your blog and am enjoying reading it. I love reading about where you go out to eat, as we are the typical "zonies" and spend at least 2 weeks in Del Mar throughout the summer.
