Hello all!!!! I feel great today! Why?? Because I worked out and ate healthy all day!! It's funny how we eat unhealthy stuff and feel like crap but when we eat healthy, we feel great...why do we keep going back to the unhealthy stuff?? Something to ponder.... :)

Breakfast was a slice of Ezekiel toast with a tablespoon of Barney Butter and a half cup of strawberries:

Dropped the kiddos off and school and went to spin class. I was, yet again, the only one so we did half spin and half full body weights. I'm starting to feel like myself again!!!

Came home and freshened up and hubby and I went to lunch at Souplantation. Get a load of this salad beast!!!! A little side of low fat chili and an iced tea completed the meal nicely.

Picked up the kids and came home to pay some bills, learn more about my HRM (heart rate monitor) and get some stuff cleaned up. How do things keep accumulating all over the place??

I became super hungry all of a sudden so I had one of my favorite breakfasts for a snack: Fage with Fiber One and strawberries. Can you tell I like strawberries?

Went with hubby to look at a couple of homes. We aren't moving but he loves to look at homes....I do too...it's fun to see how people decorate them.
Dinner didn't get a picture. I made "Ranch" chicken breasts: dip in low/non fat sour cream and then bread with a mixture of bread crumbs and ranch dressing mix (the powder). This is one of hubby's favs! I served it with a Weight Watcher recipe for creamed spinach (spinach, low fat cream cheese, a little butter, nutmeg and a little parmesan cheese) and a baked potato. Nothing too fancy but tasty!
