Monday nights are basically a rush. Get the kids home from school, have them do their homework and eat dinner quickly and head to my son's basketball practice. I eat dinner before we leave because otherwise I wouldn't be eating until closer to 8pm and that's too late for me. Fortunately, I had leftover Hearty Turkey Chili to reheat along with salad leftovers from Luna Grill this past weekend. Makes being in a rush easier!
No surprise that later on, when I got home, I was hungry. I made a quick snack of wheat bread and peanut butter.
I rarely snack. I'm really simply just a three-meals-a-day kind of girl. Once I start snacking, I feel hungrier sometimes! Go figure!
Breakfast this morning was blackberry Chobani yogurt, Easy Granola, strawberries and blueberries.
I dropped the kids off at school and went to spin class.
Lunch was "skinny" fish tacos again today. You just can't go wrong with these.
Tonight is Bunco and it's actually at a restaurant. Usually no one wants to host in January so it's easier to just do it at a restaurant. Probably best…it's not open bar/buffet so I won't eat/drink as much. Better for the diet! :)
