I ate dinner early last night. My husband was working late so I was able to eat whenever I wanted….which happened to be at 5:30PM. I reheated some of the Linguine with Easy Meat Sauce and went to town.
To get some veggies in, I had a big salad to go with it.
Then after I put the kids to bed, I was hungry again. Duh! It had been three hours since dinner! It was cereal time.
Dulce de Leche Cheerios with almond milk to be exact. Great nighttime snack.
This morning’s breakfast was extra delicious because of one special thing: avocado.
My love with avocado continues. I put it on some egg beaters on a toasted English muffin. I topped it all with hot sauce and had some strawberries on the side.
After taking the kids to school, I went to Zumba class. Then I ran some errands and stopped at Subway for lunch. I think I have an obsession.
This time I nixed the mustard on my roasted chicken sandwich and had them add a bunch of buffalo hot sauce. Instant love. This is my new favorite sandwich.
So…..over the weekend I cleaned out my pantry. I had a ton of cooking magazines in there. I got rid of some but I just couldn’t part with most of them. I found them a new spot in one of my kitchen cabinets.
I organized them by which magazine they were and put them in chronological order. Pretty fancy huh? :)
Tonight we are going to Phil’s BBQ. It will be the best cheat meal I’ve had in a long time. :D
What time do you normally eat dinner?
What do you with your old magazines? Keep them, rip out pages you want or just throw them away?
