Wow! It’s almost Friday! Don’t you just love short weeks!?!
My husband was working late last night so I pulled out a portioned out container of Elie Krieger’s Four Cheese Mac & Cheese from the freezer last night for dinner. Along with some peas, it made a great meal!
This mac & cheese is made with pureed frozen squash! I love sneaking extra veggies in my food! A veggie sneakster! Is “sneakster” an actual word? My dad use to use it all the time when I was growing up. He used a lot of made up/weird words…but that’s all for another post.
After I got the kids to bed, I had a little dessert in the form of cereal.
Cinnamon Burst Cheerios (love!) with almond milk.
Breakfast this morning was more eggs. This time I made an egg sandwich using egg beaters, low fat Swiss cheese in between a sandwich thin. I had some cantaloupe as well.
After taking the kids to the bus for camp, I went to my first ever Pilates class! I used to do Pilates videos at home back in the day but I’ve never taken a class before. I enjoyed it and will definitely go back! It was weird being in an exercise class and not breaking a sweat though.
I made up for the lack of sweat in Zumba though. By the time I got out of that class I was a sweaty mess.
I quickly showered and grabbed an apple and cheese stick before heading out the door to my wax appointment.
Then it was off to Subway for lunch.
My sandwich didn’t taste as good as usual today. Not sure why. Oh well. I did a little shopping at the mall before it was time to pick up the kiddos.
Tonight we are going to a friend’s house for dinner. Need to finish getting ready and head on out! Have a great rest of your day!
