140.8…Can't Get Enough
I love fish. My husband does not. So when he's working late or out of town, fish is usually what I prepare for myself. Lately, I cannot get enough of my favorite salmon recipe: Amazing Salmon.
I enjoyed the salmon with roasted asparagus and orzo. Delish!
Breakfast this morning was Honey Nut Cheerios and almond milk.
The kids are off school today and tomorrow (parent-teacher conferences) so there was no driving back and forth to school. I did make it to my Cardio Muscle class though. And I also made it to Wahoo's for lunch.
I took the kids to their yearly check up doctor appointments. In between all of this, I started prepping for my husband's poker group dinner. He is hosting it tomorrow night and I'm cooking up something yummy!
