139.2…Orange and Red
I've had a lot of orange and red foods over the last 24 hours. Last night I defrosted and reheated some Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup for dinner.
This reheated so well. I forgot how delicious this soup is. I was glad I had a big bowl of it!
Breakfast this morning was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Applesauce Granola, strawberries and raspberries.
After taking the kids to school, I went to a meeting then it was off to the gym for some cardio and weights. Lunch was tuna salad with red bell peppers, carrots and ranch dressing.
I guess I'm doing a good job eating the colors of the rainbow! At least the red and orange ones!
