Yesterday was my husband’s birthday. We met up with some friends and their kids from out of town at their hotel. We enjoyed some wine by the pool and eventually went out to celebrate my husband’s birthday at Tio Leo’s Mexican restaurant. I was in the margarita mood so I ordered a skinny one on the rocks.
Perfect with chips, salsa and guacamole!
For dinner I ordered shrimp fajitas.
Along with all the fixings, they were pretty good!
I was pretty full when I left. I’ve been doing a lot of indulging lately and was feeling pretty gross by the time I got home. Icky.
This morning I got things started on the right foot with breakfast.
Pineapple Chobani yogurt with my homemade granola and berries.
I went to Zumba and then came home and did something I’ve been putting off for ages: clean out my garage.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped for lunch.
Same tuna salad as yesterday but this time I added even more mustard to the tuna. I really like it!!
I finally finished cleaning out the garage and it looks great! I feel such a sense of accomplishment!
Tonight we are meeting the same friends at their hotel for dinner. More dining out….hopefully I can make healthy choices tonight so I don’t come home feeling like crap. Fingers crossed.
