Souplantation was the place to be last night. The line was out the door! I had my usual salad and chili:

I splurged on some of their pizza bread. It is so good. I don’t know what they do to it but it’s amazing. Hubby and I had a conversation awhile ago about their pizza bread. He felt that if they ever stopped making it, Souplantation would go out of business.
Breakfast this morning looks familiar but was a little different.

Instead of using my low fat cheese on my egg beater sandwich, I used hummus. It tasted really good but was a little messy. The egg made the hummus warm and melty and my tomato slice slid everywhere. But at least it tasted yummy!
Hubby took the kids to school this morning so I was able to read some blogs and get dressed for spin class leisurely. I got a great workout in!
After changing, I went to Subway for lunch. I read on HungryGirl’s emails about a new Subway sandwich with 280 calories: the Turkey BLT:

I got mine toasted on 9 Grain wheat bread. It is the same number of Weight Watcher points as my usual turkey sandwich but this one has bacon. Sign me up! Yum!
I made a MUCH needed trip to Target. After unloading, I packed up some snacks to take with me:

An apple, grapes and a Babybel light cheese (these things are so good!). I ate everything during the 2 hour school pickup span. But I was still hungry.

Enter veggies and hummus. :)
Trying a new recipe tonight for dinner and am very excited about. I’m also going to post the recipe for the Spicy Orange Sesame Chicken Noodles with Sugar Snap peas tomorrow….stay tuned!
Don’t forget to mark your calendar for Bite for Bite’s blog bake sale coming up on January 31st.  I’m submitting some very addictive brownies. :)
Do you get the recommended 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day? I think I succeeded today!

  5. Now that I'm doing Weight Watchers, I def get all my servings of fruits and veggies in! Oh and I think Souplantation would go out of business without the pizza bread or the soft serve. Mmmm I have been craving the 'plantation for weeks now!
