It was a huge hit with the hubby! I made a big salad to go with it:
This morning’s breakfast was a toasted English muffin with Barney Butter (almond butter) and a side of cantaloupe:
After taking the kids to school, I went to Cardio Muscle class. We have a new instructor. I liked her teaching style but the class wasn’t challenging at all. Oh well.
After changing, I whipped up a huge salad:
Mixed greens, tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, red onion and Italian dressing.
I ran a couple of errands and stopped for an old favorite:
Golden Spoon frozen yogurt! I haven’t had that in ages!!!
After picking up the kids, I got the laundry going, cleaned out the fish bowls, booked a trip to Napa with some girlfriends/family (!!!!) and am about to get cracking on dinner. Have a great evening friends!
