Hope everyone is enjoying their day!! It has been a nice, relaxing one for sure!

Last night I decided to have some chocolate Cheerios with almond milk for dessert:

The kids slept until 8Am this morning....what a fabulous treat!!! Breakfast was a repeat of yesterday's except that I used egg beaters instead of egg whites and I added some salsa on the side:

That was the last of the guacamole....sorry to see it go! I went to Cardio Muscle class, came home and showered and we took the kids to my sister in law's house for lunch. She had pizza and fish sticks for the kids but I stuck to the healthy eats. Cherries:

Wine.....oops....how did that get in there?? :)

And edamame...

We came home, the hubby went to play golf, and I put on my bathing suit and laid outside and read while the kids played. I had some more of the chili from yesterday:

Dinner is in the slow cooker and now I'm just relaxing, catching up on emails. Can all Mondays be this nice?? :)

    The best thing I ate this weekend was probably these quesadilla chicken wraps - I love grilled chicken!!
