I started out with a light wheat English muffin with Barney Butter and a side of cantaloupe and watermelon:
I took the kids to school and went to spin class. I hadn't been in awhile so it was a nice change! Afterwards I came home to finish putting together my son's preschool graduation gift: a new big boy bike (no training wheels!). It was a beast to put together but I finally got it done! Yes!
Lunch was some leftover Tomato Feta Salad and Orzo with Parmesan and Basil on top of some mixed greens and cucumber...all drizzled with balsamic vinegar:
It hit the spot! I picked up the kids from school and came home. Before we left for swim lessons I made a snack: Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal, Fiber One cereal, almond milk, raspberries & blackberries:
After swim lessons, we came home to get ready for my son's graduation. It was so cute....he was so proud of himself. :) So were we!! We went to celebrate at PF Changs for dinner. Hubby and I split their special menu for two. I had egg drop soup to start:
We shared lettuce wraps:
I had the Cantonese Shrimp and brown rice for my entree:
And a mini chocolate cake shooter for dessert:
Yum! I forgot how much I love PF Changs!
