142.6…On A Health Roll

I think I’ve had an event/outing with food and wine every night since Saturday. And it’s not over yet this week. How does one loose a few pounds this way? They don’t. I guess there’s always next week.

Last night’s event was Bunco at Sheri’s house.

I decided today (we’ll see how long this lasts) to try to eat healthier than I have been. Breakfast was scrambled egg beaters and egg whites, salsa, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese and a grapefruit.

I dropped my daughter off at the camp bus, then hit the road for Los Angeles to visit my mom. We ran some errands then stopped for lunch at Marston’s. I had the Greek salad with chicken.

So far so good. Lots of veggies and water today. We are going out to dinner with some friends tonight. Hopefully this healthy roll with continue.

  3. That's true. You know what else has been on my mind...posture for children today and in the future. Look how many older people have osteoporosis or a dowager's hump.
