141.2…The 12 Day Program

So…last Sunday I decided that I needed to clean things up. No…not around my house. I needed to clean up my eating habits. I decided that for the next 12 days (until July 4th), I would eat super healthy and not drink alcohol. For those of you who have fallen over, it’s ok….you can get up now. I’m on day 5 going strong!

Last night’s dinner was a chicken Caesar salad. I actually brought out the stovetop grill and grilled the chicken. Turned out mighty good!

This morning’s breakfast was scrambled egg beaters with salsa and a grapefruit.

I dropped my daughter off at the camp bus and went to the gym for some treadmill and weights time.

Lunch was fish tacos at Wahoo’s.

Tonight my daughter and I are going  over to Lisa’s house for dinner. I’m bringing my own salad. :)
