Yesterday morning, I was too sleep deprived to make many decisions. This is true when it came to deciding what to have for breakfast. The easiest thing to have was Honey Nut Cheerios, almond milk and half a grapefruit.
After the kids were at school, I did decide to go to the gym which was good. I took a butt-kicking spin class. That will wake you up for sure.
After my workout, my decision making skills were in full effect. I decided to get creative with my tuna salad and use avocado instead of mayonnaise.
Pretty darn tasty! I love avocados!
Dinner last night was Turkey Taco Soup leftovers.
The avocado made another appearance in this morning’s breakfast. Two scrambled eggs, avocado and half a grapefruit.
I took the kids to school, then went to Cardio Sculpt class.
Workout done. I left a sweaty mess.
I ran some errands, stopping at Subway for lunch. Turkey & avocado on wheat with all the veggies:
