144.2…Quashing The Cravings

Another thing we craved while we were in Thailand was pizza. We took care of the taco cravings Monday so last night it was time to quash the pizza cravings.

Pillsbury pizza dough with marinara, mozzarella cheese, onions and bell peppers. Alongside we had a Caesar salad. 

Breakfast this morning was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Strawberry Vanilla Almond Granola and mixed berries.

After dropping my daughter off at camp, I went the gym for some cardio and weights. 

Lunch was tuna salad, veggies and ranch dressing.

I've been trying to get caught up on email, laundry, etc. It's amazing how things pile up after a vacation!

What's on the menu for dinner tonight?

  1. As much as I love Thai food, I think I would have gotten sick of it too! Just catching up after being out of the loop at Mayo this week. Hopefully we'll get some answers soon! :D

  4. @Christina I hate bottled ranch dressings. I make my own: packed of Hidden Valley ranch mix, 1 cup mayo, 1 cup buttermilk. Best ranch ever.

    Nice to meet you! :) I haven't added the tuna recipe to my recipe list on the blog...will have to do that. Here's what I do:

    can of tuna
    pickle relish
    squirt of mustard
    garlic salt
    celery salt

    The amounts are to your taste. Something I switch the veggies up depending on what I have. Enjoy!
