137.2…A Skipped Meal
After all my delicious eats in Las Vegas this past weekend, I was not hungry come dinner time yesterday. I rarely skip a meal and I mean rarely. Even my kids were shocked. :)
This morning it was back to healthy eats.
Pineapple Chobani yogurt with Nutella Granola and blackberries.
I took the kids to school and went to Cardio Muscle class. Afterwards, I went to the grocery store.
Lunch was a salami sandwich on rye bread with spicy mustard. I also had some veggies with Jalapeno Yogurt Dip.
When I saw rye bread at the store, I knew I wanted a salami sandwich. Salami is dangerous for me to have in the house….I really love it!
I picked the kids up from school and at some point had a snack.
Grapes and a piece of cheddar cheese.
I was going to make a bunch of new recipes this week but my freezer is getting full again so I think I need to start working on that first….starting with tonight!
Do your regularly skip meals or are you pretty consistent?
I'm a meal skipper. If I eat one big meal I just don't want anything else for the rest of the day. I'm just too full.ReplyDelete
Those blackberries look great! Definitely one of my favorite fiber-licious treats. And as for meal skipping, I try to stay as consistent as I can so very rarely do I completely miss a meal. Plus, I always pack a few healthy snacks just in case a meal might get delayed. What can I say - I love to eat. ;)ReplyDelete
