Amazing Salmon graced my dinner table last night.
Along with a salad, it was a delicious, healthy, satisfying meal.
Breakfast was my standard favorite:
I took my son to camp, went to an appointment then my daughter and I went to lunch at Capri Blu. I had the Arugula Salmon Salad.
We went to Trader Joe’s and came home. I wanted to go to the gym today but I ran out of time this afternoon. I feel bad about it but I’ve been on track lately with my eats so I can't beat myself up about it, right?
