Saturday night's date night with my son was at PF Chang's. I ordered the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli and it was really good!
I ate it with brown rice and loads of chili sauce.
Breakfast yesterday morning was toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit.
The morning was spent doing random stuff around the house. I cleaned out the kids' toys and got rid of a ton of stuff. Such a good feeling!
Lunch was the other half of my turkey sandwich from Which Wich.
A bit soggy but still tasty nonetheless.
Dinner was my favorite fast and easy meal: pasta and salad.
The kiddos were back in school today so it was back to crazy early mornings today. This is their last week of school (!!) before summer vacation. Where has this year gone!?!
Breakfast was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Strawberry Vanilla Almond Granola and strawberries.
After taking the kids to school, I went to Cardio Muscle class. And from there my day was a whirlwind. I had so many appointments and errands back to back, I never stopped running. I did mange to stop for a quick lunch at The Corner Bakery.
Look! I got my onions! But my salad was all wrong and I had to send it back for a new one. :) You win some….
