140.8…Snooze

Cheese and wine. I think I could quite possibly live off of it. When I arrived at my sister in law’s house for dinner last night, check out what she had waiting for me:

For dinner we enjoyed a caprese type salad…

Delish!!

Monday morning’s are always rough. When my alarm goes off, I want to wish it away. I actually am pretty good about getting up though. I NEVER hit the snooze button. I’m usually up within five minutes of my alarm going off.

Breakfast was Trader Joe’s vanilla Greek yogurt, Coconut-Sour Cherry Granola, strawberries and blueberries.

After I dropped the kids off at school, I drove to Los Angeles to visit my parents. I went with my mom to meet her friend at lunch at Bloomingdales. I ordered their “Trio” salad (chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad on a bed of greens).

My mom and her friend ordered the same thing. They didn’t like it but I really enjoyed it. Oh well….each to their own, right!?!

What is your relationship with the snooze button?

  1. I could live off cheese, hard salami and wine and be perfectly happy!

I used to be the queen of the snooze button, but now I enjoy the "me" time in the morning before work. I get up at 6:30 and don't have to leave the house until 8:00!
