138.8…Lazy Saturday

So…we are leaving for Europe next Saturday for two weeks. I don’t want to buy any food before we leave so I’m trying to use what we have.  I always have some sort of pasta and jarred marinara on hand so that was dinner last night.

Simple and comforting.

This morning’s breakfast was a toasted English muffin with egg beaters, shredded cheddar cheese and a side of strawberries.

I went to spin class, came home to get dressed and make lunch.

Pasta leftovers from last night, Costco frozen pizza and a Caesar salad. Pretty good lunch if you ask me.

The rest of the day was spent chilling at home. Well, I wasn’t exactly chilling, I was doing boring stuff like paying bills, laundry and putting fake lashes on a friend who’s going to a party tonight….you know….the normal Saturday stuff. ;)

Our hot wing-loving friends are back from Europe so we are going over to their house for a barbeque tonight. Enjoy your evening!

How often do you get a “lazy Saturday”?
