Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I celebrated a bit early on Tuesday night at Pamela’s house for Bunco!
Green was all around!
Everyone wore green!
Even the champagne was green!
Great idea, Michelle! (Just put green food coloring in the champagne! So easy!)
Dinner was fabulous. There were two different kids of salad:
There were two different kids of quiche and Guinness Beef Stew.
Dessert was Guinness Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel!!

After I took the kids to school, I went to the gym for some treadmill fun.
Lunch was with Alicia and Love Boat Sushi.

My husband was working late so I went with my usual choice for dinner: salmon. I had green beans with it. I forgot how much I like green beans!
After school drop off, I went to Sculpt class at the gym. It was a hard class today. I’ll be sore tomorrow for sure.
Lunch was with Lisa at Luna Grill.
Grilled Chicken Green Salad with a Chicken Kabob. Crack chicken. :)
