Are you ready for the most simple appetizer ever??

December 2012 242

Bruschetta Dip with Avocado. I first learned of this wonder at a recent Bunco. When I learned how easy it was to make, I was sold. I served it as one of my Thanksgiving appetizers and I brought it to Dina’s holiday party this past Sunday.

 Bruschetta Dip with Avocado

2 tubs Trader Joe’s Bruschetta sauce (found in refrigerated section)

2 avocados, diced

Mix together. Voila!

I love holiday parties…getting dressed up, all the festive colors and decorations and most of all, spending time with friends. Thank you Dina for another memorable holiday party!

I took the kids to school and went to Cardio Muscle class. This was the first time in a long time that I was able to do some lower body exercises since I broke my foot. It felt great!

Lunch was Wahoo’s with the girls, of course!

I had been looking forward to Monday night for awhile. Why? It was Hot Wing night at Alicia’s!

I went to Costco and picked up the kids from school.

I’m all done with my holiday shopping now. Just need to finish wrapping the gifts!
