137.4…Bruschetta Dip With Avocado
Are you ready for the most simple appetizer ever??
Bruschetta Dip with Avocado. I first learned of this wonder at a recent Bunco. When I learned how easy it was to make, I was sold. I served it as one of my Thanksgiving appetizers and I brought it to Dina’s holiday party this past Sunday.
Bruschetta Dip with Avocado
2 tubs Trader Joe’s Bruschetta sauce (found in refrigerated section)
2 avocados, diced
Mix together. Voila!
Dina’s party was a pot luck and everyone brought delicious dishes.
The birthday girl! Yes, the party was on my birthday!
Check out some of the delicious dishes that were brought:
The hubby and I:
Of course there were desserts too!
I love holiday parties…getting dressed up, all the festive colors and decorations and most of all, spending time with friends. Thank you Dina for another memorable holiday party!
Monday morning I enjoyed the rest of my birthday breakfast burrito:
I took the kids to school and went to Cardio Muscle class. This was the first time in a long time that I was able to do some lower body exercises since I broke my foot. It felt great!
Lunch was Wahoo’s with the girls, of course!
I had been looking forward to Monday night for awhile. Why? It was Hot Wing night at Alicia’s!
I brought the salad:
And Alicia made the hot wings.
Love in a bowl.
This morning’s breakfast was a toasted English muffin with peanut butter and strawberries.
I took the kids to school, did some random crap around the house and had Wahoo’s to go for lunch.
I went to Costco and picked up the kids from school.
I’m all done with my holiday shopping now. Just need to finish wrapping the gifts!
Are you done with your holiday shopping yet?
