144.6…Stitch Fix Shipment #6

I bring you another Stitch Fix review! It's always exciting to see what's in the box each month!

I always get a pair of jeans. Every single time. And I've sent them back every single time. This time was no exception. I was sent a pair of Sanctuary George Zipper Detail Skinny Jeans in black:

The top was Tart Irene Abstract Print Back Zip V-Neck Knit Tank. So…the jeans were actually cute. They had a fun zipper detail on the front pockets. I usually wear tops that will cover the zippers (like the top above) so there was no point keeping the jeans. I already have a black pair that I love. 

Now for the top: I normally LOVE Tart clothes. This top was horrible. I thought it was matronly and and shapeless. It looked worse in person. That went back too.

The next item was the Renee C Galena Textured Knit Stripe Open Cardigan. I realize the outfit doesn't go together but for ease, I added it.

A big boxy furry mess. Ugh. Again, it looked worse in person. 

Next was the RD Style Holland Zipper Detail Ombre Sweater:

Did I mark on my style profile that I lived in the woods and had 6 grandchildren? What is going on!?! No. No. And No. 

Last was LA Made Christine Lightweight Ombre Scarf:

It was just ok. You really couldn't tell it was ombre when you had it on. Not worth keeping.

So this Stitch Fix shipment was a total bust. First time I didn't keep anything. I was sad. But there is always next month. I am hopeful that the next shipment will be a winner. Fingers crossed!

In going along with my "clean out my freezer" project, I pulled out some Creamy Taco Mac leftovers for dinner last night. 

Defrosted and heated up pretty well! 

Breakfast this morning was peanut butter on an English muffin and half a grapefruit. 

After I dropped the kids off at school, I went to the gym then home to tackle my long to-do list. Somewhere along the way, I made lunch.

Tuna salad on a bed of greens. 

Tonight I'm going with some friends to the Pitbull & Enrique Iglesias concert. To say I'm excited is an understatement.
