144.0…It's All About The Salad
When I'm trying to loose weight/eat healthy/feel better/ etc., I usually turn to salads. I realize that it depends on what you put on your salad whether it's healthy or not but in general, salads are safer options for me. Last night I roasted some salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper and ate it along with a big green salad. I always feel better after my salads!
I guess my breakfast could be a salad of sorts. Salad doesn't have to include lettuce, right? My breakfast was a "salad" of eggs, tomatoes, green onions, salsa and cheddar cheese.
Today after my usual morning kid drop off, I went to the gym for some treadmill and weights fun. I went to an appointment, followed by lunch at Marketplace Grill. Salad!
Grilled Chicken Greek Salad. This salad is one of my favorites for sure.
Dinner will not be salad. You can only have so much of a good thing.
