As most of you may know, I freeze everything. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Last night it didn’t work. I defrosted some Chicken Enchilada Pasta that I had in the freezer. When I had originally made it, I thought it was a bit bland. Well, last night it was very bland. It didn’t freeze well.
Nothing that a little (a lot) of Cholula hot sauce can’t fix. At least the salad was good.
Breakfast this morning was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Cranberry Pecan Granola and strawberries.
I took the kids to the camp bus then hit the gym for an hour. Treadmill and weights. Nothing too exciting.
After running some errands, I met Annette for fish tacos at Wahoo’s.
My daughter’s theater camp did a performance of Aladdin today and it was super cute!!!
On the agenda tonight: packing for Cabo. We leave tomorrow for our friends’ birthdays. I have a feeling it’s going to be a good weekend! :)
What’s the strangest thing in your freezer right now? Copious amounts of buttermilk. I buy it to make ranch dressing and freeze the rest. I just need to find a ton of baked goods that call for buttermilk now…
