As I was adding my photos to my blog post, I realized that I’ve been eating a ton of green lately! Even my boring breakfast has a bit of green in it! Yesterday’s breakfast:
I went to an event yesterday at the Park Hyatt Aviara benefitting children with cerebral palsy. There was a nice green salad to start:
Followed by some surprisingly good salmon!
Normally at these things I don’t expect to be excited by the food but this was really good!
My son went to an event with my husband last night so I took my daughter to California Pizza Kitchen. My meal was extremely green:
Asparagus and Arugula Salad and Split Pea Soup.
I took the kids to school, then went to the gym. Afterwards, I went to my tennis lesson.
My mom is in town for the weekend so we went to my club for lunch. I had a Seared Yellowtail Tuna on Avocado and Asian Slaw.
Delish! And green!
